Welcome to the New Zealand Emissions Trading Register (the Register).
This site and the Register are hosted and operated by the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA). These terms and conditions are important. By accepting them you agree that they apply to you and that you will comply with them when using this site and the Register itself.
The design and content of the Register is protected by copyright. The information may be reproduced for personal use without charge or further permission providing that you:
Note that this licence does not apply to any Register or the EPA trademarks, logos or web design elements (including photography and images). These must not be re-used without express permission from the EPA.
This licence does not apply to other sites the EPA provides links to. Permission to use copyright materials from other sites must be obtained from that site’s copyright owner.
The EPA does not collect information when you visit unsecured areas of this site.

The EPA is required by legislation to make certain information publicly available regarding Account Operators, Account Holders and Participants.
For users of this site who wish to open an account, or to become an Account Operator on an account or ETS Reporter, you must apply online to become a user of the Register.
